How we collect data
We partner with Microsoft Clarity to capture how you use and interact with our websites through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve our products/services. Website usage data is captured using tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization and fraud/security purposes.
Data collected by Microsoft Clarity is stored on Azure servers. Recordings data is retained for 30 days. Any labeled or favorited sessions are retained for 13 months. Heatmap data is retained for 13 months. Data on Clarity servers, including backups, will be deleted after the retention period and can’t be recovered.

What data do we collect
The analytics data collected includes:
- Device information (browser type, operating system, time in local timezone, country, city, etc.)
- Usage data (page views, telemetry data, date and time of access, etc.)
- Error data (error messages, stack traces, error codes, etc.)
- User interactions on our websites (how the page renders, mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, etc.)
For analytics purposes, we don’t collect any personally identifiable information (PII), such as your name or email address.
Account and application data
Some of our services allow you to sign in with a third-party provider. If you choose to sign in with Google, your display name, email address, and Google user ID are stored. Google acts as a third-party data processor for authentication.
Application data you create (such as user-created content) is stored in Firebase Firestore and retained until you delete it or until it is purged. Activity history may be purged automatically after 90 days.
Both Firebase and Google Sign-In are operated by Google. For more information on how Google handles data, visit the Google Privacy Policy.
How we use data
We use analytics data to analyse traffic and monitor the performance of our websites. This helps us to improve the user experience and ensure that our websites are working properly (e.g. improve slow pages, fix errors, identify the most visited pages, etc.).
Account and application data is used solely to provide the features of the service you are using.
